No usually do not, pay per URL about 17.- a year. It is also traded. “Bücher.com” was offered to me for 50’000.-.

No, but at z.b one / domainfactory / namecheap

-> Buy domain from 0.07€ per month and you already have your own email address

(NameCheap is best due to privacy protection and offshore servers)

There is nothing for free, because the domain had to pay.
