Use your own Alexa with other Fire TVs?

Hello, I ordered something and entered the tracking number on the package tracking page. The problem is that the same thing has been showing for three days and nothing has changed, and the package is still with the next carrier. Can someone tell me if this is a mistake or if this is normal. Thanks
