Eat egg yolk raw?
Can I eat raw egg yolks from eggs raised on my own farm (not mine), where the hens are free to roam and aren't given any medication? Has anyone tried this?

Hello, I have an important question. It says on my bottle that the food contains 100 grams of sugar per 100ml. It contains 12.5 grams per 250ml. The third column says that this corresponds to 14%. Does that mean that the 5 grams correspond to 14% or the 12.5 grams?
Another very important survey: What snack do you particularly like to nibble on? potato chips banana chips tortillas Peanut crisps Cheese balls Actually nothing, but now I'm hungry. Something else.
fruit in the morning and 1 tiramisu in the evening Can I eat some chocolate again in the afternoon
I've been graduating from high school since August and can no longer eat lunch at home. Do you have any suggestions for what dishes I could bring with me? We have a microwave at school. Eat all animal products that I like
Eggs are constantly eaten raw.
It is important that it is completely fresh from a clean egg from a salmonella-free operation. From healthy chickens.
Especially the free movement can increase the germ load rather than lower :). The germs are not in the egg, but on the shell. The interior of the eggs is germ-free. But when beaten, germs get there, so also the salmonella.
And chickens running freely out there are really going anywhere and eating pretty much everything they can get in the beak. For the chickens, the free movement in the fresh air is great with lots of variety and stuff they can explore! They feel comfortable with it.
But with regard to the germ load of chicken and egg, well, this is more clearly uncontrolled there than in a “closed” attitude.
Yeah, in a bouillon with egg, the dotter is also raw.
Yeah. They could have salmonella, but they don’t have to. Is the same as chicken medium to eat. If the chicken wasn’t sick, you can eat the meat as well as beef of my knowledge.
Just take the egg that your ladies have put you in the nest in the morning and see that the interior of the ice does not reach the outer shell (there are fie salmonella, if there are). Then you can exclude a 99% poisoning. The chance is never zero. I make a lot of raw eggs and likes mirror egg and co. a bit soft – never had a problem with it in 26 years.
You can.
But whoever had a salmonella poisoning will never do it again 🙂
I’ve been eating fried eggs for years with still liquid egg yolk.
You can, yes. I often get a raw or almost raw egg yolk in ram noodles.
For some desserts regular or for Majonaise always. But only from our chickens.
LG Sikas and good night
Yes often. With sugar. Omas recipe 🥴
It goes, but do not do it because of salmonella
