Weigh egg egg?
Hello,
I wanted to boil eggs and see how much protein an egg contains. Does the weight of a boiled or uncooked egg count for nutritional values?
Has anyone had experience with it and would you recommend it? What are they used for? And aren't they unhealthy? They're all the hype right now.

Which food is perfect for good mass, i.e. muscle building
Hi, I've been struggling for some time to gain a little bit of weight around my stomach and hips. Do you know any foods that contain a lot of fat and sugar? Or is there any trick to overcome the feeling of satiety? Or any foods that go down quickly without chewing? I don't want…
The nutrients of an egg, such as the protein content, usually refer to the raw egg, so before it is cooked. When you look at the nutrients of eggs, these details are usually made for the raw egg, as by cooking the weight of the ice can change, in particular by the loss of water.
For example, an average raw egg (about 50 grams) contains about 6-7 grams of protein. When cooking, the water content of the ice changes, but the absolute protein content remains the same even if the egg weighs slightly less after cooking.
I hope that will help you!
The egg doesn’t change its weight when cooking, so it doesn’t matter.
