The VAT will be paid to the State. However, the points in the “trade chain” can deduct this as a pre-tax, so that this is not delivered twice and three times to the consumer.

The places you mentioned (manufacturers and supermarkets) do not benefit from VAT in any case, as all the state gets.

None of them. This is a tax that always raises the state. For the trader, this is only a “continuous item” – it collects VAT, but it has to take it to the state.

The survey is carried out by the tax office.

In the case of the levy on end-customers, trade shall be subject to VAT and shall be deducted from the State.

Between companies – in the example manufacturer and supermarket – trade takes place without mwst removal, because the supermarket could deduct the tax that the manufacturer would…

No. The State shall charge the tax. The ones named you take them and forward them to the state.

The tax benefits the state. However, when buying from supermarket to final customer is paid.

If the supermarket was bought by the manufacturer, this must also be MWSt. Numbers, however, can be reclaimed during the tax return (does not know whether the word selection is correctly described)

The State SURVE the taxes.
The supermarket collects taxes and forwards them to the tax office.
