I would like to file the inside a bit if the fit is not perfect.

Well, it is not more sensible to change the accuracy of fit in the 3D model. It’s not like resin printers are too unprecise
Hi, I’m not sure what you’re going to do and how hard the material is.
What I’m doing is fine sanding paper on some glue or wrap around a small screwdriver.
Optionally, you can also take a lathe (or cheaper) with a thin tip.
Needle furs could be suitable for such work
