Real-time transfer not arriving?

Hello,

I sold something on eBay Classifieds today. The buyer transferred the money this morning between 9 and 10 a.m. in real time. I also received screenshots showing that the money was transferred, but so far, nothing has appeared in my account. I'm with Commerzbank, and the buyer is with Sparkasse. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Error or fraud.

You’re doing the right thing to do. I’d think you’re doing business with that.

It is time to send a screenshot for a real-time transfer. For if the transfer were done, you would see it yourself. Would make me very suspicious. Why is he doing this? Because either the payment is there, then you see it and do not need to be “proven”.

Google prefers to see if he’s been noticed before.

Also consider whether it is possible to retrieve a payment made once. Ask your bank.

Perhaps the buyer has tried to fool you with a manipulated screenshot.

The buyer didn’t do it right or didn’t want to transfer it at all? (the latter is now nasty speculation, normally a real-time transfer should work without problems).

The buyer is responsible for the payment. I wouldn’t send anything away as long as you don’t have money in the account.

Hopefully you didn’t get any merchandise and no papers. A screenshot proves nothing at all. This is at best a point of reference. Theoretically, it could have transferred to the wrong account. But is also a popular scam trick.

Very reasonable.

Screenshots are manipulable and say nothing. Only if you have the money on the account, you should send the goods.

Check and wait until the amount is entered.

If nix comes, then also send nix.

You can also falsify such “Screenshots” – so don’t let you push for a rushing shipment.
