Echtlederjacke laut Etikett bei 40 Grad waschbar?
Ich habe ein tolle Echtlederjacke, die ich nicht nur liebe sondern auch teuer genug war, um sie beim waschen nicht kaputt machen zu wollen. Laut Etikett soll sie bei 40 Grad waschbar sein. Da steht aber auch kurioserweise nur was vob 100%Baumwolle, das dürfte das Futter sein, ist aber nicht herausnehmbar. Was würdet ihr machen?
Habe sie nun schon oft genug getragen, und ich würde sie gern wieder frisch haben wollen.
Und wie trocknet man die danach? Ohne dass das Leder steif wird? Bei warmem Wetter anziehen und tragen bis sie trocken ist, oder wie?

Don’t do it! Are you sure it’s real leather? A leather jacket is not washed. Point.
If ever, you can let them clean. The label should look like this
I used to wash an ancient leather jacket, because after 15 years, she started to muffle. I used a special back-fat leather soap/sattel soap, but after that it was simply not the same.
According to the label, it should be washable at 40 degrees.
But not the leather but the 100% cotton lining
So I don’t wash my leather shoes in the washing machine, you?
What would you do?
I would put the leather jacket in the cleaning, and only then
Give the jacket in a cleaning! < that can DAS normally. And if they should do something wrong/caputt, cleaning is liable for damage. < So I would do that, or so I always do that! I would never wash such a jacket myself...
I just thought they were cleansing. The P is also on the label. But there isn’t really something going on, is it?
