Real leather, morally acceptable?
Is leather just as bad as fur?
How bad is leather? Is the animal killed solely for the leather (like fur), or is the leather simply taken from animals slaughtered for their meat?

My Triops larvae hatched last night. I didn't feed them, because the instructions said to wait until the second day. Now two larvae are lying dead on the bottom, and I don't see any more swimming around the tank. The temperature has stayed the same, and nothing else has changed. What happened? Are they all…
Hi. Although it's called a peaceful betta, it is a betta. Is it aggressive (would it kill guppies, neons, etc.), or is it, as the name suggests, peaceful?
Any idea where I can get the jacket or where I can order it? I can't find it anywhere, and the one in the picture isn't available to order.

My beloved teddy hamster is 2 years old, and recently he stopped going upstairs and instead sleeps all the time. I thought he might be hibernating (some hamsters do that), but when I saw him walking, he was limping and his eyes were still closed. He doesn't look so fit right now. I've already put…
Most fur animals have a short and pathetic life…
Most of the leather is obtained from cattle, which are kept in mass anyway. They are not as good as they are, but they fulfill more than one ‘shock’ and must also be healthy over a longer period.
There is a lot of animal suffering in leather. Unfortunately, industrial mass production always causes animal suffering. As I stand on leather, I buy leather products second hand. This is sometimes difficult for shoes – but it is feasible.
The same is true.
Except it’s vague. Snakes or crocodile leather.
Fur is not necessarily bad. For example, fox fur and fur of rabbits and canine chemicals would be fur species which are in any case produced as a by-product and are currently being thrown away because breeding dog fur is much cheaper. No animal would suffer for the use of these furs obtained by wild animals but the processing is expensive. The circumstances under which breeding dog fur is won are, however, disgusting for it is nice cheap, even cheaper than art fur. It’s similar to leather. Leather obtained in Europe is usually a by-product. Most leather, however, is manufactured in countries like Pakistan udgl as the main product, where animal welfare is simply no matter. You can never flatter the use of animals in general.
Fur is critical yes also cattle are often badly kept but fur animals have it more intensely
And when an animal is slaughtered, why not use all that goes like the cow from which most leather comes
Using hides from dead animals is morally acceptable. Animals improperly to breed and to ” torture” but not.
