Echo Dot Alexa is online and can be found in the router, but has the status “Wi-Fi network not available”?

Hi,

I have the problem as described above. I've restarted my internet router, updated it to the latest firmware, uninstalled and reinstalled the Alexa app and Spotify app, and updated them as well, given the Echo Dots a static IP address, and updated the network settings via the Alexa app.

As I said, Alexa is on my router and I've assigned a fixed IP address. I can also find my devices in the app and they're listed as "online." But when I access them individually, the status is "Wi-Fi network: Not available."

How can it be that they are online and at the same time cannot find an available network?!

I read about a user on Amazon who had the same problem in April, but the help and answer weren't helpful either. They were told to deactivate the routines. I did that, but it didn't help.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? This has been going on for half a year.
