Since summer 2021 the buyer has paid free choice as he paid to eBay. For this, eBay always transfers the proceeds to the deposited bank account. A direct payment from buyers to seller has not been made since that. So you can’t decide on eBay whether he gets the money on his PayPal account, even if the buyer pays with PayPal.
