Ebay Päckchen angeblich nicht angekommen?
Hallo allerseits.
Ich bin auf Ebay an einen unangenehmen Käufer geraten. 2 Tage nach Verschicken (17.11.) per Päckchen öffnet er eine Anfrage, dass die Ware nicht ankam und er eine Rückerstattung verlangt. Ich sagte ihm dass es erst am 15.11. verschickt wurde und ein Päckchen etwas länger dauern könnte.
Danach beschwerte er sich, dass er 5€ Versand bezahlt hatte und eine Sendungsverfolgung dabei sein sollte. Es steht aber in der Beschreibung, dass es per Päckchen verschickt wird.
Heute (20.11) schrieb er wieder dass nichts ankam und er eine Erstattung möchte.
Leider habe ich bei dieser Anzeige noch nichts von “keine Rücknahme oder Garantie” geschrieben.
Bei DHL habe ich eine “Nachforschung” anhand des Absenders und Empfängers veranlasst.
Was kann ich jetzt noch tun? Ein Päckchen kann schon etwas länger dauern oder? Und selbst wenn es ankommt kann er ja trotzdem noch behaupten, es sei nicht angekommen. Kann ich dagegen noch was tun?
