Hallo, ich habe vor kurzem Felgen gekauft, die in einem schlechten Zustand waren, jedoch konnte man dies nicht auf dem ersten Blick erkennen und laut Beschreibung sollten die Felgen in einem guten Zustand sein. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Verkäufer der übrigens schon mehrere Anzeigen wegen EBay Betrug hat, haben wir uns darauf geeinigt das er mir das Geld zurück überweist und er seine Felgen abholen kann oder die Rücksendung bezahlt. Mein Geld habe ich bekommen nur nicht das für die Rücksendung, daraufhin hat er mich kontaktiert und mit einer Anzeige gedroht wenn ich ihm die Felgen nicht bringe. Ich habe ihm natürlich geschrieben das er die Kosten entweder übernehmen soll oder sie jederzeit abholen kann, seine Antwort war aber nur das er bis … Zeit gibt sonst macht er eine Anzeige. Was soll ich jetzt machen?
soll ich zur Polizei oder direkt zum Anwalt auf beides habe ich natürlich keine Lust und ich sehe mich auch im Recht.
