eBay Kleinanzeigen Smartphone bestellt, das Paket ist angekommen jedoch ist der Inhalt leer?
Hallo,
bin wirklich extremst genervt, bezahlt habe ich natürlich mit Käuferschutz über Kleinanzeigen, die Zustellung erfolgte durch Hermes. Der Preis war natürlich erschwinglich, aber dachte mir OK hab ja sowieso Käuferschutz und der Verkäufer macht einen halbwegs vernünftigen Eindruck laut seinen Daten die ich so sehe.
Daher ich noch nie so ein Fall hatte, nun die Frage, bin ich abgesichert oder werde ich tatsächlich mein Geld verlieren obwohl ich rundum abgesichert bin !? Wer haftet denn nun wenn Absender sagt, der Inhalt war drinne während ich es abgeschickt habe.. Hermes nicht für den Schaden bzw. Verlust aufkommt und Empfänger leeren Inhalt bekommen hat….
Kennt sich jemand aus ? Kann mich jemand ermutigen das ich mein Geld auf jeden Fall zurückbekommen werde wenn der Inhalt gefehlt hat ???
