eBay Kleinanzeigen – Privatverkauf+Speditionsversand in die Schweiz? Rechnung nötig?
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe kürzlich eine Autoteil bei (ex eBay) Kleinanzeigen inseriert und konnte mich mit einem Käufer aus der Schweiz einigen. Das Autoteil habe ich daraufhin auf einer Palette per Spedition versendet.
Nun hängt die Sendung bei der übernehmenden Spedition in der Schweiz fest, da diese unbedingt einen Lieferschein und eine Rechnung benötigen.
Ich habe daraufhin als Privatmensch einen Lieferschein erstellt und übersendet.
Nun überlege ich, wie ich mit dem Rechnungswunsch weiter komme. Ich kenne es eigentlich nur so, dass ich als Privatperson eine Kaufquittung ausstellen kann.
- Reicht dies wohl aus?
- Kann/darf/sollte ich eine Rechnung ausstellen? Könnte dies negative Folgen für mich haben (Versteuerung o.Ä.)?

A forwarding that transports the goods into a not EU long?
As a private man, you can’t issue an invoice.
Sounds like fraud.
I hired a German forwarding. This picks up the show and trandsports it up to Switzerland. Here a Swiss forwarding takes over and delivers the shipment to the receiver. I think that’s the usual way.
You can’t issue an invoice.
You can send a proof of payment at most. The duty should therefore be allowed to be calculated in the duties.
But what was that for a forwarding that wants to introduce something into Switzerland without paper?
This ran somewhat parallel, the forwarding has picked up the shipment once and when the shipment was already on the way, you asked for a delivery note. I have now issued this, now the query came after the invoice, as the consignment cannot be sent further. I can’t issue EIne’s bill. A receipt?
