eBay Kleinanzeigen, ist das Betrug?
Hallo
ich habe soeben ein interessantes Angebot bei Kleinanzeigen gesehen und anschließend den Verkäufer kontaktiert und mich mit ihm auf einen Preis (170€) geeinigt. Nun wollte er von mir meine WhatsApp Nummer, welche ich auch gegeben habe und prompt habe ich eine Nachricht bekommen, dass ich per Banküberweisung in Echtzeit zahlen solle; dass er den Artikel schneller verschicken könne.
er hat sehr auf die Herausgabe der Nummer beharrt und hat auch in der Konversation sehr gedrängt bsp. mit Fragezeichen bei nicht sofortiger Antwort.
mir erscheint das etwas dubios. Vielleicht ist hier auch nichts dran, dennoch würde ich mich über Hilfe bzw. Antworten sehr freuen.

You have agreed, that is, you have concluded a valid purchase agreement. Dubios or not, take the business over the stage and finish it. You don’t have to rely on an instant transfer, you can take the usual way. I personally would transfer via Paypal, as there is a certain buyer protection (not about friends and family)
I am aware of that; only I don’t want to come for the 170€ and get no article. Buy contract or buy.
That’s why I guess Paypal.
Thanks for your help, however, have just received a warning from eBay classifieds, this profile is fraudulent and I should cancel the contact. So I guessed it right…
You have concluded a purchase agreement, the terms should have been roughly described in the ad text at least. The seller changes the rules, his problem.
Then just get it against cash, then you’re on the safe side. For these sales, Ebay classifieds (today: classifieds) went to the web.
Or no longer respond to the danger that the seller is posing on enforcement of the contract.
both PayPal or Secure Payment he refuses. Only the instant transfer in real time. Moreover, the seller has only been registered since today.
Classifieds gives the Safe Pay option! For little money.
