If you accept a price offer as a seller, you will conclude a binding purchase agreement.
Whether on eBay or elsewhere.

I want to buy something on ebay regular it costs 2400€

…when I buy prints it still costs 1400€ Why…

No, then it costs 2400€.

…or what do I have to do?

Take the price suggestion, then it costs 1600.

And then you should let me know how eBay works.

If you accept the price proposal, you pay the price, from the proposal.

Here strictly “sold” – as far as I have interpreted the grammar correctly. 😉

Price proposals only get sellers.

This is definitely not right

Price proposals only get sellers.

Seufz…

What do you think, how many price proposals I propose as buyer already of sellers have you been getting?

You only need an article where price proposals are possible to put on your observation list and then the seller can send you a price suggestion, see here:

https://www.ebay.de/verkaeuferportal/enrolment/multi-caeufer/price proposal

With such creative ungrammatics Your interpretation is as uncertain as mine.

Oh, what. 😉

Believe me, I have a certain idea about eBay, or I wouldn’t write it.

That’s not so sure:

but I got a price suggestion
