There is no food that makes you “thin” but there are many foods that make you tired without supplying many calories. Vegetables such as cucumbers, paprika, broccoli or salad are great because they contain plenty of water and fiber. Also help high-protein items such as magerquark, chicken breast or tofu without you getting fast. It is important, however, that you look at your portion sizes and stay in motion overall. No food makes slender by itself – it is about balance and an active lifestyle!

Hey,

steamed vegetables without fat sauces are quite ideal to not increase, however they are not enough for a balanced diet, because also healthy fats, i.e. polyunsaturated fats, are important, but these are more important in dimensions, LG. 🙂
