Earnings as a field worker in home emergency call?
Hello,
My brother is interested in a position as a field representative in the home emergency call service with the German Red Cross (DRK) in Thuringia. It would be a 40-hour full-time position, involving consulting/contract preparation and the installation of home emergency call devices. Does anyone happen to know which group this job falls into according to the collective agreement, or roughly what one would earn in such a position?
He's had countless interviews in the past few months and would like to know roughly what the salary range is in advance so he doesn't waste so much time and energy only to be fobbed off with minimum wage. Perhaps someone has experience in this field or knows someone who works there?
Thank you for the answers.

The job is not very demanding.
Thanks for the answer, in the usual job forums you can only find the normal home emergency staff. However, his job would be more comparable to that of a service technician, but there is nothing about it. It’s a difference whether you’re working at the call center in the home emergency call, or the devices are installed directly with the customer and consultancy calls lead.
There is not much to advise and the installations are quite simple. You can’t expect too much. The field service will earn a few more toads compared to the indoor service.
