E Ticket at Cinemaxx IMPORTANT?

Hello, I just ordered an e-ticket from my local cinemaxx. I've now received a transaction number. Is this sufficient to pick up the tickets or receive them directly at the cinema, or do I have to show the QR code? Does anyone have experience with this?
I have lost my password for the email address I provided and would otherwise have to call the hotline… Thanks in advance for any helpful answers

I don't know Cinemaxx, but there are 1. Ticket machines where you get the cards by entering the code in the mail, or 2. just cashes that make the same when you show the code. I don't know what the QR codes are, I've never needed them.
