E Scooter with how many km/h?

Hello, I have an e-scooter and 20 km/h is too slow for me. What would be the penalty for making it 25 km/h? It is registered and has a license plate. What about a scooter? What would be the penalty for driving a scooter at 25-30 km/h without a license?

thanks in advance

Mofas (25kmh):

What threatens me if I drive Mofa without a driver’s license and without a test certificate? Since no driving licence is required for the Mofa, in this case you do not owe yourself to driving without driving licence. However, you have to pay a warning fee of 10 euros.

With a vehicle classified as a “Mofa”, the “Owi” is no longer necessarily valid for WH-Täterschaft, because there can also quickly become indiscipline in the WH case.

Only as a hint for “simple” advice on such questions; even if it was originally and uniquely only OWI.

So even if such an e-scooter doesn’t come into question for me… With a vacuum cleaner and 25 Km/h… is already a real laughter.

I don’t think that’s what’s allowed for road traffic anymore. 45 .50 should be already.

Oh, yeah. For 25 it does not need a driver’s license but only a test certificate. And if you don’t have it, it’s usually just an OWI. For those with a design-related maximum speed 45, it is driving without a driving permit. There’s at least the AM.

With a Mofa test certificate, there would even be light upseat scooters up to 25, and from class AM this in “light” compared to classic scooters even up to 45 KM/h.

Now decide what you want, depending on the degree of training, and what you would be willing to spend on legally usable vehicles.

Change you can’t do anything on such a device. So the admission is cancelled, and you’d have to let them certify yourself.

You can read the penalty under “ride without a driving permit”.
