Hi, this morning I locked my e-scooter with the app and when I wanted to unlock it again the connection was somehow lost. In order to connect the e-scooter I had to press the button. I tried a thousand times but it didn't work. Can someone please help me?

I was recently driving my Aprilia SR50 Street as normal, and then it stopped responding when I gave it full throttle, so I had to continue driving at half throttle, but after about 800 meters, it died completely. After 10 minutes of kicking and so on, it started again, and everything was back to normal….

When setting up the lock, you should have entered a 4 setting code. You can simply enter this with the buttons for blinker and horn, first you will take to select a digit the latter to confirm it. Once the eScooter is unlocked, you should be able to connect again.
