E-sccoter zu schnell?
Hi,mein Freund (15)hat einen e Scooter der ca 60Km/h schnell ist,und deswegen keine Betriebserlaubnis und kein Kennzeichen hat,meine Frage ist jetzt was passiert wenn ihn die Polizei anhält, soweit ich weiß um die 110-130€busgeld bei fehlender Betriebserlaubnis und Kennzeichen.aber was passiert,also welche Strafe bekommt er wenn er mit dem Scooter öfter als 1mal abgehalten wird,hat das dann Auswirkungen auf Führerschein etc. Oder wird das Bußgeld einfach immer höher
