E scooter exchange?

Exchanging an e-scooter due to a technical error. So, I was at a friend's house and plugged my e-scooter in normally, and then I couldn't use the display. I could still ride it, but only in D (15 km/h). Because I reset it to factory settings, and now it's off, can I exchange it due to a technical error? It's only 3 months old.

You’re entitled to a repair. The dealer has – now don’t let me lie two or three times the chance to improve – if it doesn’t run then you can return the part. It is important, however, that it is always the same error that occurs in the case of the corrections. So, first retirement.
