E scooter warranty return?

I bought an e-scooter about four weeks ago and I'm deeply disappointed. Today, my front wheel exploded while riding in public transport, and the tread broke off (see pictures). I almost caused an accident, endangering not only myself but also others. It's not worth the money.

Of course I still have a guarantee but to my question:

Is the seller obligated to take the scooter back? Or is there only a guarantee that they will fix the defects?
