Convert email lists to CSV files?
I have a 4-year contract with Hostinger.
To set up an email system for my business, I created several sender email addresses and wanted to add the corresponding lists of recipient addresses – but that didn't work.
The support representative recommended that I convert the ODT files to TXT files, which in turn would be converted to Excel spreadsheets. I could then enter them in batches into Outlook, where they would be converted to CSV files. I could then import them from Outlook into the Hostinger mail system.
Unfortunately, I can't find a way to enter email addresses in table format in the specially created Outlook. When I try to enter them from the txt file, the system doesn't recognize the email addresses (even if they're separated by commas). The most I could do is enter them individually—but that would be a Sisyphean task with 17,000 addresses…
Does anyone know how to convert the email lists into CSV files ?
Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.
do not use OpenOffice Calc to open odt file and store it in CSV, so do not export
if both lists are in table form, you could select, copy and go to Calc. Select appropriate column there and go to Insert
What do you mean “both Lists?
I have 16 lists with 99-2700 email addresses.
I will definitely divide the longer into 99 groups, because I can send only 100 mails a day per sender email and only 500 a day.
I turned one of the lists into LibreOfficeCalc.
Thank you, worked.
I’ll do that with the other 15 now, too.
Let’s see if I can now create groups in Outlook.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work, it needs UTF-8 coding.
You know everything anyway. Then why do you even ask?
I don’t need a driver, but Office 2016 – don’t answer if you don’t know.
some conversions can only be made if you load corresponding drivers from the Internet/Microsoft. You might need this for UTF-8
