E-bike pedal assistance only lasts 15km at the highest level?

I ordered the FISCHER VIATOR 2.0 because my budget is 1400 euros and I want to ride 20km to university without breaking a sweat. Now I discovered on this website FISCHER Viator 2.0 women's (fischer-fahrrad.de) that when the motor power is at level 5 (100%), speed 25km/hm, total weight 90 kg, I can only ride 12km. Is that normal? wtf

I suppose you didn't miss charging the battery 😉

According to the product description, the battery has an energy content of 422 Wh. In the case of a full engine power of 250 W, the battery should also be sufficient for an hour and a half (approximately 40 km at 25 km/h) for serious electrical losses.

Accordingly, there is a mistake and you should contact the customer service.

Lol, the "Reichlänge-Calculator" downstairs on the website is perfect for laughter…

Oh, I thought you bought it and found the battery going too fast.

Purely calculated: 422 Wh means that the battery holds a total of 1:41 h at a constant power of 250 W (more must not have the motor). If you're losing, you're out of it for one and a half hours.

250 W is a lot. An average daily cyclist does not take this for 5 minutes. And this performance is available to you for at least one and a half hours in addition to the performance of your own legs.

Think about whether you're only 12 km away. And how useful this computer is.

in the case of old batteries, this can happen because cells age. With a new Pedelec battery, this should last longer

The battery then has 20.26 Ah at 48 V * 422 Wh

Then there should be a miserable arrest. Or wasn't that loaded?
