E-bike light won't turn off?

Hi, I have an e-bike from Prophete with a display from e-novation and since yesterday when I came home, the light suddenly came on and hasn't worked since unless I pull the battery out but as soon as I put it back in it comes back on, I've already tried all the key combinations and I'm slowly running out of ideas.
