Hi, does anyone experience this constant pounding, tightening, and shaking sensation in their chest? I don't have anything wrong with my heart; it's probably psychological, but then it would be subconscious, because I'm generally fine. Can something like this happen: deep down, you're afraid, and this heart palpitations result from it, even if you're not aware of this fear, meaning you don't know what you're afraid of?
