About 50-80% is genetic.

However, IQ is not equivalent to intelligence. Plus, the IQ is very liquid in young years and is therefore formable and solidified at age.

Genetic, you’re born like that.

But can one improve when one takes care and implements help!

Genetics, but up to a certain age you can do something to get the maximum out.

Genetics is extremely overrated. First and foremost, the promotion in childhood. It’s fun to use your own mindset independently. And as early as possible a complex and efficient information transmission network in the brain can form. If you don’t lose the fun of it, you’ll do it at a high age.

In addition, of course a healthy lifestyle in general.

Exercise and use of gray mass 😀

For example, if you only consume entertainment for 5 years and don’t actively stimulate your brain to think, then the chance will deteriorate well in the IQ test.

IQ tests are influenced in the adult area by education, in children the language plays a major role, who understands little German is tested as stupid, which I have experienced in practice in a funding school itself.
