Can Tilidine get rid of derealization?

Hey,

I've had derealization for five years now. Since it's a mental disorder and a defense mechanism against anxiety/trauma, could it possibly go away with tilidum, since it calms negative feelings? It would be good to know.

Tilidine is a strong painkiller that is often misused. It is not used against psychological problems, and there is also the possibility of dependency.

Go to a psychiatrist. He’ll order you a suitable drug.

Find professional help. At first, I would recommend that you talk to your family doctor about it. A therapy place is not so fast. Good luck!

Tilidine is not a drug that treats mental illnesses. This would probably hurt you more than you would, besides the problems you already have to fight with an opioid dependence.

This is a strong painkiller and not a psychopharmacist. Maybe this would strengthen your bad condition.
