I've got strange black stains on my T-shirts after washing them. They look like drops. Does anyone have any idea what they could be and any suggestions for a solution?

Hello, my genuine leather jacket got wet and is bleeding heavily. I don't know much about leather and wanted to know why. When I run a cloth over the surface and apply a little more pressure, the cloth turns black.
