If it is necessary, you can either call the police. But I’d just do that if there’s a risk that someone might get hurt by the behavior. Sometimes it is not always easy to estimate.

A second option is to inform a customer manager or train manager. If no one is present, there are also several stations in a train where you come to the locomotive guide. He can also call the police – ideally so that they can get to a larger node station. But that’s not always planable. But as I said, if someone could get hurt. If someone is “just” unpleasant or annoyed, I do not think that is enough to call for police.
