Habe Druckerpatronen (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B09T956KV4) für den Canon PIXMA TS3350 gekauft. Die passen aber nicht rein, sind aber logischerweise geöffnet. Darf ich bei der Rücksendung darauf setzen, dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomm?¿ Wurde ja irgendwie falsch beworben.

Hallo, kann mir vllt jemand erklären wie man bei Dm eine doppelseitige Kopie erstellt? Also das aus zwei „Dokumente“ eins wird. Halt eins auf die Vorderseite und eins auf die Rückseite. Ich krieg‘s irgendwie nie hin da werden die zwei Dokumente entweder separat gedruckt oder nur eins aber ohne eine Rückseite. Kann mir irgendwer helfen?
