Printer only works with mobile phone?
I have an HP Officejet, and for some time now, nothing has been happening when I try to print something on my laptop. If I print it on my phone instead, it responds immediately. What could be causing this, and what can I do?
You should already know what network you have connected to your printer. Whether you have used a network cable or WLAN.
Presumably, the HP DirectPrint smartphone connects directly to the printer. The notebook is connected to the router (LAN/WLAN) and has no connection to the printer.
If the printer is connected to the router via WLAN and its IP automatically refers, you should set up a reservation for the printer in the router so that it receives IMMER the same IP. (Alternatively enter a static IP in the printer.) When the IP of the printer changes in the network, the terminals get nothing from it and search it under the IP that the printer had at the time of setting up the printer driver on the computer.
With me this is completely reversed
Installing the official driver should solve the problem. Find here:

Reinstall, then it should work again.
go to the menu of your laptop……
