Dropshipping experiences? Shopify?
Hi friends, I'm starting dropshipping soon, and my shop, which hasn't been launched yet, is already doing very well! I've made a plan of what I want to sell and which target audience I want to reach! I've also taken a lot of time to find the right products! I feel really good about the products I want to sell 😀
Of course, you never know what you'll end up with, but it's definitely worth a try! 😉
Now to my question! Who among you has or has had contact with dropshipping and can tell me about it? How much did you average net income each month? If you exceed the basic tax allowance, you have to pay a ton of taxes, plus a tax advisor, etc.
I can't imagine there's much left? 😐
I would be happy to hear your answers!
You probably already know all of this and I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm, but nevertheless:
You must register a business as soon as you intend to make a profit and you want to operate sustainably , from day one.
This is the case for you, and of course you have to pay taxes on the income.
And no, the amount of income doesn't matter at all .

Click: Trade Regulations
While this primarily applies to sales on eBay, it also applies in most other cases:

Click: Legal information for commercial sellers
Sound (!) commercial knowledge (including information on the obligation to provide legal information, right of withdrawal, competition law, product liability, liability for material defects/warranty, product safety law, GDPR, packaging regulations, taxes, insurance, health insurance, etc.) on your part is a basic requirement for such a project, and a commercial account is of course also mandatory on eBay, eBay Classifieds and all other sales platforms and PayPal.
By the way:
An incorrect imprint can cost you up to €50,000.00 .
And yes, the number of zeros is completely correct:

If you lack this knowledge – and unfortunately, that's what it looks like in your case – then you should definitely attend a start-up seminar at your Chamber of Industry and Commerce first so that you at least master the commercial basics, otherwise you will fail miserably.

And I wouldn't take any chances, the tax offices have software with amazing capabilities…;-)

E-commerce is a shark tank. And you're not the shark.
Thanks for your message! I'm lucky that Shopify already has the legal information pre-filled, so I just need to adjust it.
Business is registered?
Well, then nothing can go wrong.
