Drone?

I recently bought a cheap entry-level drone for under 100 €, it weighs just 117 grams, now my question is what kind of fine or trouble will I get into if I fly without registration, because I only want to fly about 10 m at most with it and wanted to try it out first to see if it's anything for me.

So:

Does the drone have a camera? Then you need to register with the LBA and apply an e-ID number. Without a camera, you can fly the drone without any kind of insurance/registration. Another chance you could have is that it complies with Directive 2009/48/EC. You don’t need registration of any kind. Whether the drone complies with this directive should either be on the drone or the carton/guide, otherwise contact the manufacturer

You need for everything a camera has a drone license, license plate and insurance. If you get caught without all this, you have a problem. And you crash the drone, put a dog on the road, and bring two cars together, you have a big problem without insurance.

But now among us (isn’t like this is public…): A 117g drone is not yet a murder tool and also not very loud, you can “hit” yourself with it very well. Apart from that, most police have no idea about it. So, do what you think I’d see if it’s fun for me before I stick a license plate down there.

It’s not so expensive… It only takes a little…

I waited for my e-ID about 1 month… The insurance costs about 40 euros a year and you can do this in 5 minutes

And of course I flew before – there was no driving license at that time…

No, not all that cam has needs the drone driver’s license. For example, drones that in category C0 do not escape. Everything from 250 Gram needs the driver’s license, and all that ne Cam or other sensors has to collect personal data must be registered and insured.

I don’t have money at the moment, and my ingresses are just somewhere else…

I can’t remember, but the link clearly states that you need under 250 g nix…

I had (and still have) the Mavic Pro… So it was irrelevant, I had to make the appearance…

I mean, however, when I asked for my drone license, I had to upload my driver’s license… maybe it’s changed in the meantime…

The problem is not the 10 m altitude, I take it

The problem is if this thing flies away from you, what happens to these cheap things – and it flies to someone’s face…

Who will pay the damage?

So, don’t fly without insurance and the registration serves to detect the owner…

Driving licence If not, but recommended…

You don’t run the threatening, but yourself as an operator. Then you will be assigned a number (e-ID). Every drone that carries this number is officially in your operation. If you sell the drone, you’ll turn off the shield.

Trouble enters if you can be displayed in case of damage. However, even in the case of serious violations, fines of up to €50,000 threaten.

You’re a drone operator. Whether it’s costing money or not, I don’t know anymore, because it’s been a long time for me. But if you pay something, then definitely only in the beginning. You don’t have to pay monthly charges.

Yes you can undo this, but because you are an operator, not the drone itself I would recommend that you simply stop registration, only remove the plaque from the drone.
