Driving license application, 10-12 weeks processing time?

I enrolled at a driving school in 2021, completed all the theory lessons, then took the theory test and failed. After that, I didn't have time to study anymore (no time due to work, etc.). I would now like to enroll at another driving school to get my driver's license as quickly as possible. My question is, since I have to submit a new application, would it still take 10-12 weeks, or would it be faster? I live in Bremen.
