Driver qualification certificate?

Hello,

I'm having problems with the district administration. I have a C/CE driver's license and a D/DE driver's license, both of which needed to be renewed. I've completed the five modules, including one for trucks, as this is currently my main job. Today at the district administration, they refused to issue a 95 for buses as well, because the D/DE module was crossed out on the module sheet, even though I've already done C/CE. It also says online that only five modules with 35 hours each have to be completed, regardless of whether I'm for D or C. I don't understand this anymore; I can't do five more modules. What can I do? Where can I turn if the district administration refuses? Do I have a chance of getting a D with the five modules? I would be very happy to hear back. 🙁

Why don’t you ask at the driving school where you did the modules? Maybe they filled something wrong.

I am at the level of knowledge that for C and D only one needs a joint training. Could be that something has changed again.

The driving school should know 100%

Of course, the driving permit authority is wrong. The training (35 h) can only be completed once.

I would like to see the current Professional Driver Qualification Act (BKrfQG). On the Application instructions for professional drivers qualification rights 😉

Here in the PDF document, please refer to the 5.2.2. Note! The document comes directly from a federal authority (Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility [BALM]).

The aim of the training is to deepen the knowledge imparted under the basic qualification. In the course of the 35-hour training, all areas of knowledge to be trained in accordance with Appendix 1 to the BKrFQV for the acquisition of basic qualification must be part of the training. It is sufficient to cover at least one sub-knowledge area from the knowledge areas 1, 2 and 3. Drivers who have both a driving licence in the field of C-classes and in the field of D-classes only have to complete a further training of 35 lessons in the respective training period., where the training content should be adapted to the main activity of the driver
