Drinking after brushing your teeth in the evening?
Hello,
My question to those who know about teeth: If I brush my teeth in the evening and then get thirsty after a while, how "bad" is it to drink sugary drinks, for example? The rule is always to spit out the toothpaste so the fluoride can work. If I then drink a soda an hour later, for example, am I ruining my entire brushing?
Thank you very much!!
Sugar on your teeth overnight: The stupidest thing you can do.
At the very least, I would rinse thoroughly with water immediately afterward. Even better: drink only water after brushing your teeth.
But sugary foods are generally very bad – as a thirst quencher anyway, they just make you thirstier. It helps if you're desperately trying to get diabetes. And you know that it promotes tooth decay.

So… false information is
So for you, "nitpicking"…
Aha… 🔮You're also a clairvoyant…
Even if: The fact that there is
There are many readers, you seem to have
never thought of that…huh?
No, you don't understand: These nitpicks are simply irrelevant to the person asking the question. And you're obviously hypersensitive to diabetes mellitus triggers… That's your problem, though. Bye.
You don't understand, nh.
Oh je. Was ist denn mit dir los! 🤦♂️
Well then it would be better to also
to name the illness that you
mean/what you are talking about… instead of
an umbrella term for 12 different

And you don’t just have to
something bold to assume ❗️
Just say sooooooo much….
Sugary drinks are generally not so good for your teeth. I would only drink water after brushing my teeth in the evening, right before going to bed.
