dringender Pillennotfall?
Hallo zusammen,
folgende Situation und ich bitte nur um ernste Antworten. Gestern Abend habe ich ca. 3 Stunden nach Pilleneinnahme erbrochen und habe keine nachgenommen, weil ich bis dato nicht wusste dass man das machen muss. Fürs Nachnehmen ist es jetzt auch zu spät. Ich habe die Pille bisher 3 Monate (immer 21 Pillen) komplett ohne Pause durchgenommen und auch die neue Packung direkt angefangen. Bei der neuen Packung wäre ich jetzt bei Tag 7, bzw. die Tag 7 Pille habe ich “ausgekotzt”. In den letzten 5 Tagen hatte ich mehrmals ungeschützten GV. Was tue ich jetzt???

Hello, that’s not a problem. You can now just enter a break of 7 days long ago (where the day last is to be counted as a break day no. 1) and stay completely protected in this way. – Best regards, Imke =)

If you take the pill in a long-term rhythm (maximum 6 months, then if possible take a break) (applies to pills without placebos) a mistake is not a problem if it is not in the first week after or last week before a break. Even errors up to 7 days are not a problem if you have taken the pill at least 14 days before the error and the pill is taken at least 7 days after the error.

if you have taken the pill correctly in the long-term cycle, you have been protected. You can continue taking the pill as usual.
