In direct comparison, do you consume less nicotine if you consume 5-6 pouches of snus (10.1mg nicotine per pouch) spread over the day, instead of vaping all day long (standard vape 20mg nicotine) Which is better/less harmful for strength training in direct comparison? (I know both are harmful)
