Dream, vision or memory from a previous life?

I had a dream and I'm not sure if it was just a dream or a vision of the future or a memory from my past life (yes, I believe in reincarnation).

In my dream, I was sleeping in a hotel or something similar. Then I had another dream in my dream, where I saw a woman (I didn't know the woman and had never seen her before) who wanted to sleep with me. A short time later, the dream ended within a dream, and the woman was standing at my door and wanted to come to me. However, there was a bodyguard at the door who initially wouldn't let the woman through. The woman somehow managed to get past the bodyguard and get to me anyway. She dragged me out of bed, went into the bathroom with me, and then we had sex in the shower.

To get back to the question of whether it was a dream, a vision of the future or a memory from a previous life, here is some more information:

The self in the dream looked very similar to me, only grown up.

The woman was around 30-35 years old, but was dressed like she was in the 1990s.

There was nothing unusual about the bodyguard, but I didn't really recognize him either.

What do you say about this now? Was it a dream, a vision, or a memory from a past life? (I described the dream as best I could)

Please only serious answers.

Most of the time, the brain processes the events of the previous day in dreams while we sleep. Sometimes they point to real danger or create a sense of déjà vu for later. Under hypnosis, several subjects have been transported back to past lives. It's astonishing that almost all of them could speak languages they had never learned, and even extinct dialects. Subsequent research often revealed that these accounts were actually true. Of course, that can happen occasionally, but most of the time, dreams are the result of the language of your subconscious. Have you ever watched a movie before going to bed that featured, for example, a hotel bodyguard?
Or are you planning a vacation? Looking for a hotel?

I suspect your subconscious is somehow processing your deepest desires. Perhaps you long to grow up—to be rich and famous (hence the bodyguard), attractive and desirable, wild sex (the woman).
So to speak, it could be a vision/a wish – how your life should go later

It's also interesting that you remembered so well and that there wasn't much confusion in the dream. Usually, things are so unrelated that you still think it's just a dream…

Just watch how it continues! Whether you have similar dreams more often, maybe the woman is there again, etc. Or the dream repeats itself in a similar way and is very similar to the first one… it remains interesting.
