drawing pads for Photoshop?

I want to draw and design freehand, ideally digitally, but drawing with a mouse is absolutely not the same as drawing by hand. It's just about drawing in Photoshop. Are there drawing pads that connect to Photoshop? Where I can draw on my pad and Photoshop will then digitally trace it? If so, what's the price range, and do you have any recommendations?

If not, what options are there for learning how to draw digitally by hand? Please don't recommend using pen and paper; this is just about learning how to draw digitally by hand.

Hello,

for this purpose there are sign tablets such as those of the market leader Wacom. Here is Selection at Amazon.

From my own experience I would recommend you a tray from size M (approx. 130 €) – S (approx. 50 €) is quite small.

You’re drawing with an extra pen on the tray, on the monitor you’ll see what you’ve drawn at once. It is necessary to get used, but it works.

A slightly better but significantly more expensive variant would be a pen – display tablet. The wacom Cintiq 16 (inch) currently costs €520 – from other manufacturers such as Huion or Gaomon there are some cheaper offers.

One tip would be to look for a used device.

I can only give JoSiemens right. A graphics tablet is perfect in size M
The pen behaves like the mouse, I used to draw.
