DPD pickup arranged?
Two weeks ago, I ordered a pickup and delivery service for my parcel online from DPD. Despite repeated emails to customer service, I haven't received any response as to why a driver never came to pick up the parcel. I should actually be refunded the booking price, but I'm at a loss in this completely unexpected situation of non-fulfillment. I'm hoping for some help from you!
Dpd pickups are known to be unreliable. Dpd customer service is known to need particularly long to answer. With customer service you can plan a new collection. But if you didn't do it after 1-2 days, it doesn't matter. At the latest, if you have delivered the package in the package shop/you have no chance to get anything.
Why do you want an opinion or the like?
You don't have to get refunded, because you paid for the package, if you gave it to the package shop that transported the package dry.

No, the package has never been picked up or nowhere. It's at home, it's 17kg heavy and should be taken by someone because I don't have a car or cargo bike to get it to the parcel shop myself. Thus, a complaint seems to me to be legitimate.

Federal Network Agency complaints. Depending on the situation, it is not really worth going on and simply avoiding dpd in the future and possibly sending it with GLS/DHL/Hermes/UPS.
