DPD parcel supposedly delivered but not received?

Hello everyone,

According to the tracking information, my DPD package was delivered on May 21st.

Unfortunately, no one was home. The tracking information doesn't mention the exact location of the package. It simply says "home." There was also no notification card in the mailbox.

I've already rung my neighbors' doorbell, but it hasn't been delivered there either. You don't get personal contact with DPD; a computerized voice repeats exactly what the tracking information says.

There has been no response to emails so far.

What exactly can you do? The package came from France and wasn't exactly cheap.

Typically DPD…biggest juice store…they delivered a car seat worth over 1000€ with the indication that it was delivered directly to the consignor…I was on work and my neighbors also had nothing….try to contact the progenitor. DPD itself is not far away. I hope you paid with buyer protection if the seller crosses… so that you somehow get your money back:(

Something similar happened to us. Unfortunately, it was about a little more money and in the end it was only possible to reach agreement by a lawyer. DPD usually doesn't see the blame.

Turn to the consignor. He can start a research job.

Wanted to ask how it happened to you? I have the same problem. I'm just a little bit further and DPD claims it would have been a contactless service. But I don't have a package and now I'm running my money. Was there a solution with you?
