DPD Parcelshop Pickup – When?

Hello,

I am receiving a return shipment via DPD.

Now I see that it should arrive on Saturday (at least that's the first day I can select in the desired day).

The problem: We're not open downstairs on Saturdays, so deliveries aren't possible as usual.

Now there's the option to pick up at a DPD shop. Does anyone have experience with this? How does it work? Will the package be delivered there on the same day? Do I have to wait forever for a collection card in the mail, like with DHL, or what?
