If you use Windows as an operating system, check in the device manager whether the network adapter is detected correctly or a yellow exclamation mark can be found.

If you find the exclamation mark, download the correct driver from the manufacturer website

For the LAN cable you don't need a driver for the network card. This is already part of the motherboard.

However, one driver would rarely have to install, because in eleven and ninety-one percent of all cases it is a Realtec chip, for which and some other chips Windows usually has the appropriate driver on board.

LAN cables do not need a driver.

If you mean the driver for your LAN adapter, look here: https://www.gigabyte.com/de/Motherboard/B550M-DS3H-rev-10-11-12-13/support#support-dl-driver

But note: Your board is available in many revisions and you need to know and select the correct revision of your board.

There are no drivers for cables, but only for devices that need to communicate with the operating system to work. A driver provides a common language in which they can talk.
