Double shipping costs Amazon?

Hello, I have a question as follows.

Why, for example, does Amazon charge shipping twice for two items purchased using the "Buy Now" button, but only once if you had placed both items in your shopping cart and then made the purchase from there? Both examples refer to consecutive orders, meaning you could buy both items immediately without a significant delay?

Thanks for your answers.

If you order the items both separately by instant purchase, there are two separate orders, correspondingly also twice shipping.

If you pack the Arrikel in the shopping cart and send it from the same warehouse/site, it will be treated as an order and shipped in a package(if feasible)

with the combination of different orders, Amazon has always had difficulties… there is still a lot of saving potential…

Delivery to Packstation is by the way often free of charge even without a minimum order value and also without prime…

Amazon is a warehouse under whose roof are countless sellers. Any seller can charge you shipping costs – everything correct

If you make two orders, you will pay shipping costs twice. It’s not so extraordinary now.
