Double D closure button broken?
Hello, this has happened to me twice already,
Firstly, I ordered a full-face helmet from Bell and after I unpacked it, the red button that holds the closure closed fell off. I then sent it back and waited four weeks for the return.
I then ordered a Scorpion helmet + visor and I was thrilled, I wore it a couple of times and it was perfect for me.. after trying it for the third time it just came off again when I took it off.. (the 2 red buttons again) I'm pretty desperate and unfortunately I can't find anything online, does anyone have a solution how to sew it back on or where I can take the helmet because unfortunately I need the helmet urgently and can't wait another 4 weeks for a return..
It can't be that the red buttons just fall off…
It would be a huge help if someone could help me.

The red buttons are supposed to prevent the band from slipping back. But do not work on the function.
Have you opened the button every time? It is only intended for occasional opening and usually always remains closed. This is the idea behind the double-D snap fastener: not to have to thread in and out.
